Refund and Returns Policy

This page describes the terms for exchanging and returning goods purchased at the REAL.BODY online store, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of 19.03.1994 “On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Consumer Rights Protection'”.

Exchange of goods of proper quality

If an item simply didn’t fit in terms of size, style, or color, you have the right to exchange it within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase (Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”).

Conditions for exchanging goods of proper quality:

• the item has not been used, and its merchandise appearance, consumer properties, seals, and labels are preserved;
• there is a receipt or other proof of purchase from our store (order number, confirmation email);
• the desired replacement item is in stock at the time of the request — if an equivalent item is unavailable, we refund the payment by agreement.

The cost of shipping the item during an exchange for reasons unrelated to a defect (wrong size, color, etc.) is paid by the buyer.

Goods of improper quality (defects)

If you received an item with a manufacturing defect, under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” you have the right, at your choice, to demand:

• replacement with an identical item of proper quality;
• a corresponding reduction in the item’s price;
• free elimination of the item’s defects;
• termination of the contract and a refund of the amount paid.

In the case of returning goods of improper quality, the store reimburses the cost of return shipping.

How to arrange an exchange or return

1. Email us at real.body.com@gmail.com or call +38 099 077 36 20, stating your order number and the reason for the exchange/return.
2. We will agree with you on the method and address for sending the item back.
3. Send the item in full set, with its merchandise appearance and labels preserved (for items of proper quality).
4. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of the decision regarding the exchange or refund.

Refunds

Funds are refunded to the bank card used for payment via WayForPay. In accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”, refunds are issued no later than 7 days from the date the corresponding claim is made.
