This Privacy Policy defines which personal data the REAL.BODY online store collects, for what purpose it is processed, to whom it may be disclosed, and what rights the data subject has. The Policy is developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” of 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI.

1. Personal Data Controller

2. What data we process

When placing an order on the website, we collect: last name, first name, phone number, email, and delivery address (a Nova Poshta branch or courier delivery address). We do not receive or store bank card data during online payment — payment is processed directly by the payment provider WayForPay on its secure page.

Technical data about site visits (pages viewed, cart actions) is also automatically processed for Google Analytics to function — subject to your consent to analytical cookies.

3. Purpose and legal grounds for processing

• processing and fulfillment of the sales contract (placing the order, delivery, communication regarding order status) — on the basis of concluding and performing a contract;
• analysis of site traffic to improve the store’s operation — on the basis of your consent;
• compliance with legal requirements (accounting and tax records) — on the basis of law.

4. Cookies

The site uses technical (mandatory) cookies required for the cart and checkout to work in WooCommerce — without them the store cannot function correctly. Separately, the site may use Google Analytics analytical cookies — they are activated only after receiving your consent (Google Consent Mode); analytical and advertising cookies are not set before consent is given.

5. Who data is disclosed to

We do not sell or disclose personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with services directly involved in fulfilling your order:

• WayForPay — for processing online card payments;
• Nova Poshta — for order delivery (full name, phone, delivery address);
• Google Analytics — anonymized visit statistics, only with your consent.

6. Data retention period

Order data is kept for the period necessary to fulfill the contract and comply with Ukraine’s accounting and tax legislation requirements. You may at any time request deletion of data that is not required to meet such requirements.

7. Your rights

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, you have the right to:

• know about the sources of collection, location of your data, and the purpose of its processing;
• obtain information on whether your data is being processed and receive a copy of it;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• withdraw consent to data processing (e.g., for analytical cookies) and request deletion of data not required to fulfill the contract or legal requirements;
• file complaints regarding personal data processing with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
